What tools does Adaptif use to manage projects?
We work inside whichever project management tool your team already uses — ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Notion, or similar. During onboarding we set up your creative workspace so everything is ready from day one.
Do I need to learn a new platform?
No. That's the point. We configure your existing tools to run an Adaptif workflow, so there's nothing new to learn
What if we don't use any project management tool yet?
No problem. We'll recommend one based on your team size and working style, and set the whole thing up for you as part of onboarding.
How do I submit a brief?
Through a structured brief form built directly into your project tool — guiding you through format, deadline, references, and goals so your creative team can start without asking follow-up questions.
Can my whole marketing team access the workflow?
Yes. We set up role-based access during onboarding so everyone has the right level of visibility — submitters, reviewers, approvers.
What happens to our workflow if we pause or cancel?
Everything we create lives in your tools, so you keep full access to project history, delivered files, and templates even if you pause or cancel. For 30 days after cancellation, we’re available to help you transition or answer workflow questions. If you return after that, we’ll run a fresh onboarding of your workspace so the team is fully re-synced.
What exactly is included in my Adaptif subscription?
Every plan includes strategy, project management and creative production across branding, social, web, campaigns, print and AI‑powered visuals, within the ticket and capacity limits of your tier. If something is out of scope, we’ll tell you upfront and suggest the best way to tackle it.
How does Adaptif use AI in our projects?
We use AI as a production accelerator—storyboarding, exploration and asset generation—always directed by human creative leads. You keep full rights to the final deliverables, and we follow your brand guidelines on every piece.
Can I pause, upgrade, or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Your subscription is designed to stay flexible as your needs change. You can pause between billing cycles, or move to a different plan if you need more or less capacity.
What happens if I have more requests than my plan can handle?
Your requests stay organized in a queue and we work through them based on your plan’s active capacity. If your team consistently needs faster throughput or parallel execution, upgrading to a higher tier is the best fit.
What’s included in my subscription, and what’s considered out of scope?
Your subscription covers the services listed in your plan, including ongoing creative production and support within your active capacity. If a request falls outside the scope of your plan or requires a larger custom engagement, we’ll flag it early and recommend the best next step.
